Hello the Internet! My name’s Sam. I run Cravrr this is an introduction to myself, my website that I hope to grow, and what you can expect to learn and read here. First off, a little about me. I’m an undergrad student and a writer. I’ve been spending the last four years working on my craft and studying hard. In that time, like many students I ate like shit. I ate a ton of pizza and drank a lot beer. My idea of a balanced meal was lettuce and tomato on my chicken sandwich.

One day, I ran into my old track coach while I was at a bar. I use to run with in high school. We were catching up, and that was when I realized, I was no longer the long distance runner I once was. I was embarrassed because my coach was a huge influence on me. So, I decided to do something about my problem. That was when I started to change my habits, eat better, drink more water, and get back into an exercise routine. After about two years, I began to recognize myself again.

Here on Cravrr, I am going to share lessons I learned on my journey with you. One thing that gets lost in the talk about health is that there are levels to it. Physical fitness is important, but what about your mental health? Do you take care of your skin? What are you personal relationships like?

This famous dead Greek once said, “The unexamined life is not worth living”. Socrates was sentenced for death for telling people to think about their lives. That is pretty f**king metal. On Cravrr you can expect to read find articles about how to eat right, like what you see in the mirror, and generally improve your life. Make sure to subscribe to our email list, next week we will talk about healthy pizza.
